Dear David Bruce, I would like to let you know that my experience of buying my Pontiac Vibe was the single best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. My experience was quick, easy, no pressure, with complete information. My sales consultant was fantastic. I have always been a bit apprehensive whenever I purchased cars and trucks in the past, not so at David Bruce. I was completely at ease with my salesman. He was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. I just wanted to drop this note to say what an asset I think Janelle is to your dealership. I took delivery of my new Camry and I am thrilled with it. Janelle made my car purchase so pleasant and painless by giving me her expert advise and going out of her way to answer any questions. Since I took delivery, I received two phone calls to make sure everything is satisfactory and to see if I had any questions about operatiing the car. I will make sure that I recommend her to all my friends that are interested in purchasing automobiles.
